====== ReadingRecord Setup Forms ======

Important: This document is for libraries using hosting provided by Limited North, LLC.  Libraries using other [[info:options_for_running_readingrecord|]] should check with their providers.

To get your site setup, do the following:

  - Read the [[info:setup_form_instructions|]] document and the [[info:field_descriptions_and_options|]] document.
  - Download the "2023 setup form" (Excel spreadsheet) at the end of this document.
  - Fill out the applicable tabs on the setup form, referring back to the documents above as necessary.
  - Return the form via e-mail to [[lbylnxgek@gmail.com|Eric Sisler]].
  - You will receive an e-mail when you site is ready for testing.
  - Test your site to make sure all options & customizations are configured as you'd like.  Request changes as necessary.
